# Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! All our items are custom‑made transfer prints. Please review our shipping & fulfillment information below.

## Order Processing & Production Time
Since each product is custom‑printed upon order receipt, please allow 1‑2 business days for production and handling before your order ships out.
Processing time does NOT include shipping transit time, weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing on the next business day.

## Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the United States and Canada.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated transit time 5‑10 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping (if available): Estimated transit time 2‑4 business days after dispatch.

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment online.

Please double‑check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by customers. If the package is returned to sender due to wrong address, customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

## International Orders
For international shipments outside USA:
Buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes or any additional charges incurred upon arrival in your country. These fees are not included in product price or shipping cost. Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection.

## Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery dates are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier backlog, bad weather, holidays, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments caused by logistics carriers.

## Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or shows as lost by the shipping carrier, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery date with photos and order number, we will assist you to file a carrier claim.
