1. Customization & Product Design
Q: Are all your products custom-made on demand?
A: Yes. All items are print-on-demand products, uniquely customized based on your selected design, text, and size. We do not keep pre-made inventory, every order is produced individually for you after purchase.
Q: Can I modify the design after placing an order?
A: Design modifications are only allowed within 12 hours after order confirmation. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number. Once production starts, no changes or edits can be made.
Q: Why is there a slight color difference between the screen and the physical product?
A: Due to different monitor color calibration, lighting conditions, and printing technology, minor color deviations are normal for all print-on-demand items. This does not count as a defective product. We always try our best to restore the original design colors.
Q: Can I upload my own custom design?
A: Yes, we support custom user designs. Please ensure your image is high-resolution for clear printing. We do not print copyrighted, infringing, violent, or inappropriate content, and we reserve the right to cancel invalid orders.
2. Production & Processing Time
Q: How long does it take to produce my order?
A: Our standard production time is 24Hours. Since all products are custom-made, production requires strict printing, quality checking, and packaging procedures. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing days.
Q: Can I get rush production?
A: Currently, we do not support rush orders. All orders are processed in the sequence they are received to guarantee product quality.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time. Standard international shipping takes 7–15 business days. Remote areas may take 15–20 business days due to local logistics delays.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number and shipping link to your registered email. You can track the real-time delivery status online.
Q: My tracking has no update for several days, is my package lost?
A: No worries. International logistics often have temporary tracking pauses during customs clearance and transit. Most packages resume updates within 3–7 days. If no update after 20 days, please contact us for further inquiry.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange custom POD products?
A: Since all items are personalized custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference reasons, including wrong size, dislike of design, or accidental wrong purchase.
Q: What if I receive defective, damaged or misprinted items?
A: We take full responsibility for production and shipping defects. Please contact us within 30 days after delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the defective product and package. We offer free reprint, replacement or full refund based on the actual situation.
Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: If the package is confirmed lost by the logistics company, we will provide a free reprint or full refund for your order.
5. Order & Payment Issues
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement before production begins. Once production starts, cancellation is not supported.
Q: Why was my payment failed or declined?
A: Payment failure may be caused by card limits, bank interception, or network issues. You can try another payment method or contact your bank for confirmation.
Q: Is my payment and personal information secure?
A: Absolutely. Our store uses encrypted payment systems. All customer data and payment information is fully protected and will never be leaked or shared with third parties.
6. Size & Quality
Q: Are the sizes accurate?
A: All sizes follow our official size chart. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. Manual measurement allows a 2% size error, which is normal and not a quality issue.
Q: How is the product printing quality? A: We adopt advanced digital printing technology. The patterns are clear, eco-friendly, wearable, and not easy to fade under normal washing and use.
